This resort is FILTHY ! I booked a reservation 3 weeks ahead came to orlando for the disrespectful clerk OZZIE to say that it was canceled he then told me that if i was willing to pay $200 more than my original reservation i could stay . Exhausted from traveling i paid plus $40 to park . Find the room and immediately walk into a musty mildewy basement smelling jail cell ! The navy blue pullout couch had VISIBILE LARGE WHITE STAINS EVERYWHERE ! The stains completely covered the couch the blanket poorly tucked into the bed also was covered in mystery stains and also cigarette burn holes ! I immediately walked downstairs to get a refund and to my surprise there was a line of customers complaining of no hot water in rooms no watee pressure in the showers etc . Once AGAIN OZZIE was very disrespectful and belittling customers THIS IS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE ONLINE ! The one star i gave should go to the guy working his first day there who was obviously embarrassed to be apart of such a circus
