I brought an Acer desktop computer that had crashed on me several times. After they thoroughly diagnosed it, they discovered it had the wrong or missing drivers. Apparently, Acer had not configured it properly. My desktop runs like new. I appreciated that they wanted to exhaust all possibilities before recommending I buy a new desktop. Thankfully, they fixed my desktop.
