Brad was the first to reach out to me with my concerns, I was very upfront with my disappointment with Baker Nissan. He assured me that my satisfaction was the only thing that mattered, he also apologized for the incompetent salespersons I had previously dealt with. Next came Jamaaka (#1 Internet Salesperson) in my book, from the first time I communicated with her she was on it, back and forth several emails, in the end she says when can you come in, I'll have your vehicle upfront and ready to go. I was reluctant since I have had a bad experience before, but when I got there perfection just as promised. then Mark Deeton, what a wonderful guy, processed all my information, grand tour of my new car and a few jokes along the way. Lastly, Kene just a down to earth guy, beautiful personality, went over all the numbers, had me reconsidering but in the end I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Never been in the car buying process so quick almost lightning speed, but I do thank each an every one of you who played a part in this experience for me.
