Excellent service. Car arrived quickly for pickup at JFK and was large and comfortable. Pleasant helpful driver. Easy pickup at hotel for return...was there 15 min early and waiting for us. Again large comfortable transportation. Online reservation was easy. Will definitely use Carmel again. Highly recommended!
