I am really happy I switched from Via to Carmel. Using the app is really east and you can also immediately reach customer service on the phone. The car I got was so much nicer than any of the cars I have gotten recently with via or uber. The driver was professional and polite and helped me with my luggage. The cost of the ride was comparable to via share and I got the car all to myself- no annoying people on their phones or driving all over town to add people to my ride. Carmel is now my first choice for a car service!
