I have never suffered so much to make an insurance online, and now after having suspended the policy for 2 and a half months I also have to pay 41euro more than the 25euro advertised in the FAQ on the policy reactivation costs section. After two emails two phone calls to the call center where they confirmed that I actually had to pay only 25 euros ... on the third call after further notification with a quote redone the same as the previous one, I also find myself talking to the man on duty who says to read the contract and not the faq on the site. I was thinking of coming back with you with all three cars, but you give me the impression of being a company with serious problems, you are no longer the excellence of a few years ago. Once the contract is over, I will definitely switch to another company!
