We were going to have to pay an ungodly amount of money for toll violations, almost $1500 for tickets from years ago we didn't even know existed. We were blessed enough to get Kim on the phone and she was so pleasant, helpful and told us we actually didn't have to pay that, but actually only $60!! No one had told us that before and we were so happy she informed us of this. Very professional and helpful! We were lucky to get Kim on the phone!
