I just stayed at this hotel and it s located in a very desirable area of the society hill area of Philadelphia. Upon arrival, the was a large group of men standing outside the hotel doorway just joking and pushing each other around. I was shocked to learn that many of these men were actually employees of the hotel. Absolutely no profession I am and no supervision. They were most often in their cell phones and clowning around with each other but no interest in opening the door for guests or even holding the door open as the guests walked behind them. I was actually bumped into by one of these hotel associates as he abruptly backed up while goofing off with his fellow hotel associates. Such a horrible first impression as my friend and I arrived at the hotel and it continued well into the night as we went in and out of the hotel. Absolutely no supervision or direction by hotel management which makes me believe they condone that type of workplace behavior.
