Pools, SPAs and other facilities are great, they only need to get a little out of rooms that are awakened by some unnecessary detail while missing things for a real 5-star experience. For example, in a hotel that has pools and a spa, it's strange that in the bathroom there is not only no way to dry the towel, but only 2 hooks on which something can be clipped. All in all, just a couple of little things are missing :)
