Fill out paperwork for police check.
Woman at desk alters my paperwork without asking. Changing the kind of police check it would be. I correct her and ask why on earth she would change a checked box on my sheet that she knows nothing about.
Wait time longer than anticipated.
Go to station. This woman prints me off the sheet (it literally takes 2 seconds I can't believe I had to wait over 2 weeks for this.) This could have been done when I originally filled out the paperwork. (Big flaw in the system that wastes time and energy and resources like gas as well as the time of the employer and myself since I could have had my OMVIC weeks ago.) why is the system always designed so stupid? Funny thing the person printed me off the wrong criminal check as I stated I needed the Police Information check. Which is very annoying because remember when I initially filled out the paperwork and checked off PIC and the person at the desk changed my check mark off the PIC without asking. It's almost like every step of the way they made mistakes. I went out to my vehicle and realized it wasn't the PIC. Unbelievable if I drove home and faxed this to where it needed to go I would have wasted another day and had to go back to the station again. Overall incompetence or they were purposely trying to annoy me. Also this would have never been done on time if I didn't call and complain and put urgency on this. They were late with their service and told me they hadn't started the file because it was back to school.
