I am always pleasantly surprised by this Company s fresh fish selections!! Please review your customer care policies with your restaurant employees. Phone etiquette is lacking. Customers are being ignored at the counter & not greeted with a smile nor any dialogue that is welcoming. Why can t this be a consistently pleasant restaurant? The fish mongers are excellent in knowledge and customer care (5*****)! They will greet and smile at you. The restaurant side needs extensive training on how to answer the phone, language usage and how to handle customers at the counter. Restaurant lacks class & gives the I-don t-care-about-you vibe.
If someone request a fry on the fish as extra extra extra crispy-please do so. Thank you.
