Replaced all windows on front of house, 2 on the side with Milgard Tuscany as new work. The living room was upgraded to a bow window. Removed stucco frames around windows, repaired stucco in other area and installed new trim inside and out. They went out of their way to match the interior trim of the house.

They scheduled the installation date about 8 weeks from contract signing. A few days before the schedule date they called to say they would be there. Reyes and Isidro showed up promptly every day and did a fantastic job. They masked the area to keep the dust to a minimum and cleaned up every day. As with most projects, things come up that weren't planned or considered in the contract. They happily and quickly accommodated our additional requests. This included going out and finding interior casement trim to match previous remodeling inside the house, adding a bottom support and enclosure to the bow window, and removing and patching the stucco frame around the front door. This required significant additional work on their part, and there was no additional charge. Their craftsmanship and professionalism is the best. Their price was on the high side of the quotes we got (and we got quite a few), but they were well worth it. I am thrilled with the result and the way they got it done.
