Im not speaking to the quality of the work, Im upset about the billing.
My wife was quoted $1900 for work, but when she went to pay the bill, they told her it was $2700. She asked about the difference and was told they forgot to include the price of one of the crowns. If we would have known it was going to be that much, we may have gotten a second opinion. We never got that chance. As a business owner myself, I know my customers would crucify me if I did that. And actually, by law, I am not allowed to exceed my original estimates by 10%. We are talking about a 42% difference in this case. Just not right.
