Have purchased numerous vehicles here over the decades, and the service department has been good and bad over the years. Currently it s horrible, my brand new truck has been sitting there almost 3 weeks now, intermittent starting issue and has left me stranded unable to start. Things happen, but my truck has been sitting for over 2 weeks without being moved, they say it s not doing it, I went to pick it up and it 2 weeks ago and it had the exact same issue not wanting to start. The dealership where I bought it is going to get it. At one point I was told they are swamped with work and unable to get to it, which may be true, to repeatedly be told there is nothing wrong with my truck is unacceptable, why would I make this issue up. This issue has definitely left me with I will never buy another vehicle there again, nor return for service. The take it where you bought it attitude is unacceptable. Just leaving it sit on your lot till I get frustrated enough to take it elsewhere shows how you really feel about your customers.

Update
Truck was towed to winner ford, there is a tech service bulletin on that exact issue with my truck, it was a $43 relay. 3 weeks wasted waiting on Willis, but you guys got your wish and I took it elsewhere. The young lady customer service is very nice, you guys need to learn, I m not an interruption to your business day, I m the reason for it.
