Fabulous older Hotel - great rooms - no Oceanfront balcony rooms - second stop here since April. Good Wi-Fi .

Was texted by the management to see if my stay was acceptable which I really appreciated while at the cabana at the beach

The Chinese have purchased this place along with the construction next door it could have been worse but they do have some grinding and drilling going on over there but they limit it to certain minutes which is nice.

Front desk staff professional and friendly.

Service people are quite in tune and friendly working maid service.

Chivano the bartender at the main bar indoors is totally awesome courteous - professional - attentive - personable and 100-percent enjoyable as a human being.

The outdoor bartenders and servers at the pool area and Beach are consumed by complacency with a 15% gratuity. Some of the worst service I've ever had [ no service))) and I'm friendly non-intrusive a great Tipper but hey they don't get it. I would fire the entire bunch and start with people like Chivano out there.
When I was here in April it was the same thing with that group so glad there are other stars in the hotel that make it all worthwhile.
