The web site is useless. The customer service reps are uninformed and incompetent. The coverage is useless. The management consists of morons. No one there knows what they're doing! It must be great operating in a state where you have no real competition. You can screw people over, provide third-rate service, and basically say, "you have no choice but to deal with us." I wish I could move to a state where my $600 per month could actually buy me some good medical coverage!
