Do not rent through this company. I signed a lease for a property through Reeder Companies and I am now trying to get out of the lease so i can move...because of rodent infestation and other problems its cold in the apartment and the heat is supposed to be included but i guess they turn it on when they feel like it. There is no wall behind the kitchen sink, yeah really! there was so much air coming in through there we had to go outside to close the basement door and go buy heaters just to keep warm. Then they come to seal one side of it but only because i call building inspectors.They don't return calls or respond to emails and you'll be waiting weeks before they even send someone out to fix the problem.....save yourself the trouble and find another company
