The small lock that holds the handles closed when not in use broke on my BrassCraft 2" pvc cutter so I called BrassCraft as they state a lifetime guarantee. They took my address and said they would send me a new lock and a new cutting blade free of course. two days later I received a box, UPS, from Brasscraft and it had a whole new cutter in the box. Kudos. Thats great customer service.
