For a convention center, it s excellent! The venue is Texas-Size, the lobby is beautiful with awesome views of downtown Dallas, there are plenty of clean, accessible restrooms everywhere you turn and staff is cooperative.
3 stars because It could use better and modern methods to manage parking. Access to convention floors from parking is quite confusing because of poor directions. And, lastly, getting something to eat is a hassle. As much as we boast about Texas food, the options are expensive and sub-par. A proper coffee shop is desperately needed.
