Our ac went out this morning and we called A1Air at 7 am. It is now 10 pm and 2, calls later (from myself and my husband), we still have not seen or heard from this company. About 3-4 months ago we purchased a whole new compressor system from them, spending over $3,000. The service man they contracted to do the work damaged our wall leaving a small hole and chipped paint in our family room. We spoke to their customer service TWICE and 3-4 months later we have never heard a word from them. We still have that hole in our family room.
At this writing, my 67 year old husband and I have been waiting 15 hours and made 2 follow up calls with ZERO help. On both of our calls the representative actually told us they had called both our cell numbers 2-3 times to follow up. We have had our cell phones next to us all day and have received other calls but not one call came from A#1 Air! Even if we had missed a call, there would be proof on our cell phones that we missed their call!
The television commercials promise excellent respond from the company and so far it has been a farce.
