Terrible experience as I was a planner for a group...

Terrible experience as I was a planner for a group meeting and the service was terrible. The communication for the room rates was not honored and the follow up was not consistent. Service in Florio s and at the bar was terrible. Overcharged for the AV equipment and the food offerings. Our group spent over 50k in Palm Beach and they were most insistent for charging $700 plus for a room that they were charging $399 for others. Very greedy in their delivery and follow up. I have complained to my Cc company and will be disputing.
