Service department was horrible. Rude and inexperienced. Very unhelpful on a recall for my 2014 Kia Soul. Took 2.5 hours for a job when I called ahead and made an appointment they said it would take 30 minutes. Krystal Garcia was so rude. She sat behind her desk and didn't even come out to help me. When I went to ask her for help she acted like I was disturbing her. I have bought 3 Kia's from Fort Bend Kia in the past - Huge mistake FBK!!!!! I will not be back.
