Only gave 1 star because there are no negative 10 ...

Only gave 1 star because there are no negative 10 stars. How can you drop drug charges against a drug dealer, stating an officer can not testify due to an entirely different incident. I have Over 20 years of law enforcement, "raise your right hand, do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth". No where does it say you can not testify if you had been ACCUSED ( innocent until proven guilty) of an assault on a non-compliant criminal.
