LocalTel was quick to reply to my inquiries about services and even quicker to come set up our new fiber internet! The tech was friendly and knowledgeable about troubleshooting issues with our router and helped us get a good deal on a new one when ours was not repairable. Customer service is a real person on the phone not an internet chat bot and I ve been impressed so far. Good speeds too. And it was cheaper per month than any other deals in town that I could find.
