After extensive research to find a ball machine in Australia I landed on the Tennis Warehouse site. Choice was so great that I made contact with them and received a comprehensive email from Wesley Fry. He held my hand through the purchase of a machine, giving me options, professional guidance and sites to visit to help with my decision. The purchase was complicated because it was to be a present for my daughter and family in Australia and I live in New Zealand. In addition other members of the family wanted to purchase accessories simultaneously so he organised multiple invoices for one delivery. We couldn't have received more help or better service which was always instantaneous and insightful. He even managed to organise delivery to coincide with the availability of the third party recipient in Australia who can hide the present until Christmas Day! I would recommend Wesley and Tennis Warehouse to anyone without reservation.
