The structure is quite nice even though the staff in the majority is really Cortese kind with particular attention to the people of the kitchen the waiters and the people of the bar. In my opinion, the cleaning and the smell of sewage often present in the rooms is very poor. The beach service is very scarce and sometimes blackmailing even for a simple life jacket or a mask in exchange for money. My most negative experience was that despite having had an all-inclusive treatment, I spent a lot of money on different activities, the thing that left me most bitter and that my departure asked me for really pathetic dinner money. With all this as it is the eighth hotel that I feel in Sharm I will certainly never go back there again
