I've only ever used their online services and have never visited in person or used the phone. I applied for a savings account and followed the instructions on the website.

The account was set up pretty quickly and I can access it easily. I wanted a savings account that was completely separate from my bank account and this fit the bill. The fact the Kent Savers also serve just Kent residents and actively engage in community funding was also a massive benefit for me.
