I phoned Shamrock yesterday to inquire about service because I recently heard they were on the radio and put on a BBQ for the town. I phoned and the gentleman who answered the phone was nice. I explained I needed my alternator belt tightened. He then put me on hold and then I received a mechanic on the other end . I tried to explain to him that I recently put in a new alternator myself and that I need the belt adjusted because its squeaki....I KNOW IT'S SQUEAKING he boldly replied. He then tried to chide me for putting my own alternator in myself. I immediately ended the call and guess what...I opened my own car MYSELF tonight and I have tightened my own belt MYSELF!! :) Learn how to talk to people with respect. I won't be going to this business for anything
