You can have the best product & do top quality work, but if your customer service is bad it stinks up the whole place. Such is the problem at Riverbend Sandler. They built my pool, have serviced my pool, but I must say if you try to contact them, they don't return your calls. You have to almost beg them to take your money. Sadly after 10+ years of this I'm done and moving on....
