Came to this place for Neoprene booties and gloves...

Came to this place for Neoprene booties and gloves - they had neither in my size, nor apparently in any size that wasn't 10 or 11 (shoes) or XS (gloves). Having travelled quite some way to get here, this was rather irritating. Moreover, when I did purchase a headlamp I had to pay a $5 membership fee in order to buy what I wanted, which frankly I found ridiculous.
