I have been living at Avalon at Potomac Yard for a few months now (~4 months). So far, so good! The few issues that we have had to report to maintenance have quickly been resolved. The leasing staff is also very welcoming & friendly. We were given our tour by Carolynn who has since left but she was absolutely wonderful. Angelique helped us with our move in process and she's also equally great with the best attitude ever! We've had no issues with noise or anything major to be honest. It's beautiful, quiet, folks are very pleasant and the apartment itself is perfect.
