Punish everyone of their misdeeds and who is going to punish them(HC) and most of corruption is happening around one kilometers circle, you can get from A to Z without bills , CD's of every new movie released, most corrupted police station, commercial tax department, sales tax department, harbour, GH (government hospital, southern railway, corporation,no platform to walk peacefully, no proper parking place, no restrooms for common people and just think about handicapped and the third gender and most of the streets are so narrow or pre occupied by vehicles in case of emergency ambulance and firefighters can't even venture making it horrible to save lives in danger with highest authority and power they don't have the spine to implement it strictly they are just disgrace to the society and future generations.
