I have had multiple experiences shopping at Vera's and they have all been great. This last visit was by far the best. I brought my best friend to shop for her wedding gown and Tessa helped us. Tessa was incredibly kind and was a FABULOUS listener. She listed the my friend's feedback and kept bringing her dresses that were exactly what my friend asked for. Every dress my friend put on looked better than the previous one. She ended up purchasing her dress from Vera's and I know it is because she had an excellent experience with Tessa.
