Cannot fault this company.staff are very helpful.
Complaint was dealt with in a matter of days not weeks. Admitted they was wrong straight away!. Gave hire bike for 3 weeks as part of complaint settlement and even extended it for me due to partner ending up in a meternity hospital tal 30 miles away.
Excellent company all round
