(I'm only reviewing the cocktail bar here. The restaurant is great, but the cocktail bar is what brings me back)

I'll only say that this is the best cocktail bar in Southern California, and I go to a lot of them (the Varnish in LA is a close second, in my opinion). They win out for three reasons: 1) the nerds they have running the cocktail program are infectiously enthusiastic in a way that is a joy to behold, 2) they can make any drink you can name, and they'll usually have a unique twist on it, and 3) they make the best damned Ramos Gin Fizz I've ever had.
