I have a customer that brought the machine to us for repair and I contacted the Canadian distributor ( dupray ), was asked for the serial number, provided it to them.I could not get any technical support from them. They are located in Quebec and I am located in British Columbia. They called my customer and asked him to ship it to them ( dupray ) , this would be so expensive to ship it across the country. I still cannot receive technical support from anyone. Update ; after nearly 4 months, I tried again as per my boss I contacted dupray again and got Erick. I received top notch customer service. He was able to walk me through the diagnosis of the machine and provided me with the correct wiring schematics. I ordered the part, once it arrived and I installed it the machine was purring. Thank you Erick
