I was nervous to send my pictures so far away via mail for this service, but I packed carefully and sent them off. Southtree sent me an email to acknowledge the order was received, updated me along the way, and sent a final shipment notification. They clearly understand how important these pictures are to their customers. They underpromised/overdelivered with their timeline- my order was done and shipped back to me within a week. I highly recommend them, I will be using them again as I continue digitizing my old pictures.
