Overall Grayhawks build nice houses!, although they push you to be very puntual with meetings, closing date , money , walkthrough etc... but sadly they on the other side dont keep up with that , I ve been in my new house for a month and a week i still have blue tape from the walkthrough around that never got fixed. So i can say they dont keep their word.
