Octavio Rubio recently helped me with an issue that I had with my Entune 2.0 radio (it was constantly rebooting and freezing). He was high energy, listened to my concerns and gave an idea of what they will be doing to fix the problem and also the time that it would take. Octavio and the team were able to get that problem fixed ahead of the 1.5 hours. Keep up the good work Octavio and Magnussen Team.
