Shocking service at levels!

Shocking service at levels!
We waited almost 40 minutes and then remembered to tell us that there was not one of the dishes we ordered. The person in charge said that she would make the second dish at her expense, we ordered another dish instead of the one that was not. We ate, ordered an account and the bill arrived including the dish that was supposed to be at their expense and including the dish that was not !!! We had to wait another ten minutes for the supervisor we finally saw standing in the corner talking to friends. When she was kind enough to come I told her it was impudence all that was happening and I spoke nervously, she just rolled her eyes at me and left.
Will not return to this branch alive, the person in charge is just rude and the service was fucking.
