MONEY IS TOP PRIORITY, NOT THEIR GUESTS. Facility, hotel, and waterparks are great. Unfortunately, we had a life threatening allergy scare due to lack of training or concern from their staff. To make matters worse, we left multiple emails and calls with no response. They truly don't care about your comments or reviews because they know they will be busy without you so don't waste your time. Ps. Our daughter left a bag full of quarters she saved for the arcade in the hotel drawer. We contacted them and of course they were never found. $$$
