Got a recommend to a bank from a Realtor, bank said we were crazy and wouldn't be able to get a mortgage, they didn't even try.

Talked to some friends and got recommended to go talk to Brain at Valley Mortgage. I don't think it was more that 6 hours and had a pre-approval letter in my hands. Shortly after that we closed on our first house. Process was a breeze. If I need another mortgage my business goes here.
