I called the receptionist to book an appointment to certify my documents today. According to Google, the firm's address is 25 Canada Square. I went there and the staff there said this firm has moved to another place a couple of months ago. Then I called one of the solicitors from this firm and also suggested that they needed to update their address in Google because it will just confuse the customers. The solicitor was really rude said no no no we won't update it there is no need bla bla bla. Not sure if they will provide good service given their attitude and their reaction of their own mistake of having a wrong address in Google.
