I had recent just bought a Honda Civic and I was happy with their customer service. The sales rep who helped me was Juan Ramos and he did a really good job on making my mom and me feel comfortable. I was able to test drive the car as well as having him explaining all of the features in the car really well. I'd recommend him anytime as the sales rep to help you purchase a vehicle. Overall I was satisfied with the whole process.
