I was lucky to have connected with Taanvi. She is beyond awesome. She patiently guided me throughout the process. She has a great listening and communication skills enabling her to connect the requirements of her employer-client with the skillset of the prospect applicant. I observed that she was not only evaluating the applicant's technical skills but also the personality compatibility with the employer. She took great consideration to the career direction that an applicant would like to take. It was a pleasure talking with her. Honest and no hang-ups. As she listened to me, she was creating a blueprint of what opportunity that will best fit with the professional direction I want to go. One day after the interview, she contacted me with an opportunity on hand and asked me to take a look at it and let her know if I was interested. She clearly explained why she thought I will match with the current opportunity. She helped me fully evaluate my own skills and the requirements of the employer. She gave realistic opinions and advises about the current market, recruitment process and possible scenarios. She was mindful of how I feel and made sure I was comfortable with the timing and all the steps in the process. She followed up and made sure all concerns and questions were answered. Overall, it was excellent! Thank you very much.
