i HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR AUDI PLANO and their service department.... I had been going to Audi Dallas for service and hated it so much that I actually put off getting my recalls and my service their because they always made me feel like they were too busy to listen my needs and offer good service. Robert at AUDI PLANO was just the opposite... I had like three different issues that my A7 needed attention too and he got me in a loaner the same day(Audi Dallas will tell you 2-3 weeks) and had my car fixed that evening..... I love my car again and will never go anywhere else for service... BTW I have been in the car business for over 30 years so I know good service when i get it... GREAT JOB GUYS!!
