My check engine light was on. Called my previous service specialist at Audi and left a message. James Merriman, a different Specialist called me within 1-hour and explained my original guy had left and that he could help me. Glad my message didn't go into a black hole considering the original guy no longer worked there. James was very helpful. No BS. I felt like he was really trying to help me the best way possible. Explained all the options I had. Sent someone to pick-up my car at home. Kept me posted with text updates. All promises were met. Brought my car back home when done. Good job!
