I used their services twice in both locations (Intercontinental and airport). I was quite satisfied with both the service and the cars. If they are minor scratches on the car ( 1-2cm), it will not be mentioned in the report, but they do not make you pay for them either;
For the airport, you can drop the car, even if there is no one, just drop the key in the mailbox.
