Service work was completed to my satisfaction. Every staff member was cordial, ready, willing & able to assist us. Thank you, Brandon Phillips! He kept us informed every step of the way. Made recommendations, but was not pushy. We will definitely be scheduling the recommended service/maintenance with Toyota of Richardson!
