I applied for a job as a Customer Care Specialist ...

I applied for a job as a Customer Care Specialist for this company. I was told I didn't have enough experience in this position when I have extensive experience in the Customer Service industry. Then, the same position that I applied for is back up for "grabs" on a career finding website! I'm extremely disappointed in this company because of that.
